Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I qualify?

We're opening soon. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when assessments open. When they do, you'll start with a 60-second check, then a short medical history reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state.

What does "all-in" include?

Your price includes the clinician visit and review, your medication if prescribed, dose adjustments, messaging with your care team, regular check-ins and shipping. There's no membership fee.

Does the price change with my dose?

No. GLP-1 prices are the same at every dose: semaglutide is $179 a month ($499 for 3 months) and tirzepatide is $249 a month ($699 for 3 months).

How fast will a clinician review my assessment?

Most assessments are reviewed within 4 business hours on weekdays and 8 on weekends (business hours are 7 am to 4 pm Pacific).

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed clinician reviews your history and decides whether any treatment is appropriate. If it isn't, you won't be charged for medication.

What's the difference between compounded and brand-name medication?

Brand-name medications are FDA-approved products made by the manufacturer. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual patients. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're dispensed.

Ask your clinician which option fits you.

Which states do you serve?

Clinicians licensed in your state review every assessment, and prescriptions are filled by pharmacies licensed to ship to you. Availability of specific medications can vary by state; we'll tell you before you pay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. See our cancellation and refund policy for details on medication that has already shipped.

Do you take insurance?

No. Our prices are self-pay and include the clinician visit, medication and shipping. You may be able to use an HSA or FSA card; check with your plan.

How is my health information protected?

Your medical information is handled by the provider groups and pharmacies under HIPAA. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for details. We never sell your health information.
